This includes improving convenience by enhancing public tran-sit and improving roads, promoting appropriate land use, and maintaining and improving public facilities such as parks and sewers.まちの活力と誇りを高めるまちづくりを進めています。柿田川をはじめとするかけがえのない自然環境の魅力を守るとともに、その特長を生かした独自の産業振興や、情報発信を行っています。「くらしやすさ」の基盤の強化に取り組んでいます。公共交通機関の充実や道路整備によって、利便性の向上、適切な土地利用の推進、公園や下水道などの施設の維持や整備を進めています。14清水町ボランティアガイドの会Shimizu Town Volunteer Association地域住民で構成されるボランティアガイドの会が観光案内を実施し、まちを訪れる観光客などに地域の魅力を広めています。産業祭Industry Festival子どもを対象にした体験型のイベント。見て、触れて、学び、「産業の再発見」と「地域の活性化」を目的に開催しています。ゆうすいくん号（循環バス）Yusuikun-go (loop bus)清水町循環バス。病院や公共施設など生活に欠かせない施設を約1時間かけて巡ります。利便性の向上に取り組んでいます。柿田川みどりまつりKakita River Greenery Festival花や緑で彩られた美しいまちづくりの一環として、清水町総合運動公園を会場に花苗などの展示即売、各種体験教室などを開催。
